The "Classical" Experience

During the classical experience, participants are seated in a circle around a performance - orientated team: a classical string quartet.

The session begins with the quartet playing a masterpiece by Mozart or Haydn, giving participants a unique opportunity to see and hear the team members balancing suppleness and strength, listening and responding, preparation and intuition, detachment and intensity, rationality and emotional flow, as well as personal and shared responsibility in performance.

Interspersed with various interactive exercises, Dominic then leads a group discussion about the string quartet as a metaphor for a high-performance team needing to produce consistently exceptional results.
