Interactive Workshop with Percussion Instruments

Following a brief introduction to music as an inspirational metaphor for a new business culture, Dominic divides a group of up to 35 participants into several “bands” and hands each participant a percussion instrument to play.

Each band is given up to an hour to work together as a team to create a short piece of music, and the whole group then reconvenes for a 'performance' by all the different bands.

This highly enjoyable team-building exercise is followed by a group discussion, led by Dominic, highlighting the need for creativity, inspiration, rapid skill acquisition, time management, unity and diversity, freedom and discipline, energy and synergy, as well as the ability to negotiate ideas in a constructive way, rehearse and deliver a successful performance.
