Lecture-recital at the piano

During a lecture-recital, Dominic performs selected pieces of classical music and jazz to illustrate different approaches to music-making.

He draws attention to how high-level musicians master technique, concentration and artistry, prepare for performance, interpret as well as improvise, and reinvent themselves in the face of change.

Interspersed with various interactive exercises, Dominic then leads a group discussion about music as a metaphor for self-development, collaboration, creativity and social responsibility in the workplace. These topics provide a fascinating context for discussing leadership, teamwork and innovation in today's business climate.

Case Study
The luxury goods company, CARTIER, asked Dominic to give a lecture-recital to world-wide trainers at the Royal Academy of Music in London.

Testimonial
"The time spent with you had an immense impact on all attending and provided us with new concepts, that the universal language of music evokes with simplicity and clarity. Your piano performances giving examples of terms such as dynamics, timing, listening, communication, tone, rhythm and many other fundamental aspects, not only brought home the point of how essential these are to music, but also showed how they touch our everyday professional and personal lives..."
