Since November 2005, Dominic has been providing live orchestral presentations
for the leadership program at eBay. Working with worldwide senior managers, he has been examining the
conductor-orchestra relationship to give participants a greater understanding of the artistry of leadership as it applies to both

managers at Danone's conference in Budapest. The presentation took
place in the Corinthia Grand Hotel Royal and featured a live piano
performance, film of a conductor & orchestra, as well as an
interactive percussion workshop.

2006, Dominic was asked by Credit Suisse to show how
orchestral players and their "maestro" collaborate to produce exceptional musical performances.
He was joined by a 20-piece orchestra to perform Mozart's
29th Symphony and demonstrate various styles of leadership, listening
and responding, communication through gesture, rehearsal and performance.
The audience were 100 senior managers from worldwide Mergers & Aquisitions.

- The
Royal College, Valladolid was founded in 1589 for
the training of Catholic priests for the English and Welsh Mission.
In 2006, they welcomed all UK Bishops and Cardinals
to a conference about "Leadership in the Catholic Church".
They asked Dominic Alldis to lead an evening discussion
and performance around the theme of leadership and communication in
both classical and jazz music. |

security solutions to the world’s largest organizations. Based
in San Diego, they asked Dominic to be guest speaker at their annual
conference in 2006. Dominic provided a 45-minute address

July 2006, Dominic worked for the second time with EADS - Europe's
largest aeronautic company and maker of the new Airbus A380, the
largest passenger aircraft in the world. He was invited to their
training centre in Bordeaux to deliver an evening presentation about
conducting orchestras and leadership, jazz and teamwork. This was
followed by an afternoon session attended by fifteen senior executives
from France, Germany, Holland and the UK.

spontaneous language of jazz, as well as creativity within the workplace.

is a global firm of designers, engineers, planners and business
consultants. The senior management team for ARUP Europe requested
a dinner presentation that interspersed courses of a dinner with
a serires of "musical interludes": these interludes demonstrated
how conductors lead orchestras, how musicians prepare and perform,
and how jazz musicians improvise and innovate within clearly defined
structures.

- In
2006, Dominic returned to the London Business School to provide
an insight into the world of jazz for participants on the Senior
Executive Development Program. The afternoon focused on the special
skills required to be a successful jazz musician - flexibility,
speed of response, improvising within minimal structures, alternating
between 'soloing' and 'supporting' roles, accommodating of errors
and rotating leadership. The program featured leading musicians
from London's vibrant jazz scene. |

part of a programme entitled "Orchestrating Change", Dominic
was invited to address senior managers and clients at Yorkshire
Water. The session included discussion around leadership from the
podium, improvisation within minimal structures, as well as an interactive
workshop with percussion instruments.

- In 2005,
Dominic provided a dinner presentation for senior managers at Rolls
Royce. He began by demonstrating the art
of orchestral conducting and led a discussion about leadership
from the podium. After the next course, he brought on stage two jazz
musicians and initiated a dialogue around creativity and teamwork
in the workplace. The evening concluded with an interactive percussion

2005, Dominic worked with members of the Bangkok Opera to
create an orchestral "maestro" experience for Asia-based senior executives
from Hill & Knowlton. The session focused on leadership skills,
and included a lively discussion about cultural differences surrounding
music-making and business relationships across different continents.

2005, Dominic made his first trip to Shanghai to conduct
an orchestral "maestro" experience for the worldwide media agency, Mindshare.
Working with members of the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra, Dominic
led participants through a discussion covering a range of issues
that affect musicians and business leaders alike: harnessing diversity,
communication within a group, preparation and performance.

- In 2005, Dominic spoke to
managers from Cartier about the parallels between leading a successful
orchestra or jazz band, and running a successful boutique. The participants
viewed film extracts of a conductor leading an orchestra as well as
jazz musicians playing together, and engaged in an open discussion.
The presentation concluded with an improvised piano performance by
Dominic. The event was organised by the Paris-based company
AC3. |

PIMS FORUM
- In June 2005, Dominic took a jazz
ensemble aboard the P&O cruise ship Oriana for PIMS Forum run
by Richmond Events for the financial services industry. The three-day
cruise brings together product and service providers and financial
intermediaries. He gave four one-hour presentations during the cruise,
sharing ideas about how jazz musicians accommodate risk and uncertainty
in a turbulent musical environment - all enthusiastically received
by delegates. |

Unilever
PLC asked Dominic to give an after-dinner presentation for their
senior worldwide buyers forum, featuring a live string quartet.
The first event took place in Brussels in 2003, and was repeated
in 2004 at their training centre in the UK. Of particular
interest to participants were the issues of shared responsibility,
communication without words and the pursuit of excellence
within a small team. The presentations featured the
Pavao Quartet, who gave a mesmerising performance
of Mozart's Divertimenti and Ravel's String Quartet. They
then contributed their own ideas for further discussion.

- In 2005, Dominic
conducted a morning session on teamwork, leadership and creativity
for Gemplus, the world's leading provider of secured platforms based
on smart cards. This was his second visit to Marseilles to provide
training for Gemplus. The visit was arranged by the Paris-based management
training company, AC3 Formation. |

In 2005, Dominic gave a 45-minute keynote speech about his work
with music and training to 100 members of the Institute of Directors.

- In 2005, Dominic as invited to give a presentation for executives at Young & Rubicam
brands, a WPP company. He brought together five jazz musicians
to discuss creativity within change environments, responding to
chaos, sharing responsibility and improvisation. The presentation
was recreated in Shanghai later in the year.

ACADEMY FOR CHIEF EXECUTIVES
The Academy for Chief Executives has asked Dominic on several occasions
to introduce the world of music to chief executives of small businesses
in 4-hour morning sessions. Using the metaphor of music has opened
up many interesting areas of discussion, as well as expanding the
vocabulary commonly used to address business issues to include new
concepts: harmony, melody, rhythm, practice, technique, soloist, accompanist,
rehearsal and performance. |

In
2005, Dominic was in Manchester to address the Institute of Management
Studies - he was asked to talk about a range of issues: musical creativity,
leadership and the orchestral conductor, teamwork and the jazz musician.
The full-day session included two leading jazz musicians from the
Manchester, with a combination of discussion and an interactive workshop
using percussion instruments. IMS is a worldwide organisation that
arranges speakers to give presentations to business leaders).

- Diageo asked Dominic to
create a series of interactive percussion workshops for senior managers
from around the world. They were introduced to the music metaphor
by forming small "bands" and given an hour to produce a
one-minute piece of music. This was an exercise in teambuilding and
highlighted the following issues: rapid skill acquisition, risk and
creativity, maintaining energy and synergy, negotiating ideas in a
constructive way, memory, time management, presentation skills, rehearsal
and performance. |

BARCLAYS BANK PLC
- As part of a
programme for senior managers entitled "Leadership Forum",
Dominic introduced two parallel musical worlds - classical music
and jazz. He emphasized the combined benefits of discipline, precision
and inspired leadership from the podium, with the freedom offered
by jazz - flexibility within minimal structures, alternating of
roles and rotational leadership responsibilities. |
