The Classical Experience with live String Quartet

During the classical experience, participants are seated in a circle around a high-performance musical team: a classical string quartet.

The session begins with the quartet playing extracts from a masterpiece by Mozart or Haydn, giving participants a unique opportunity to see and hear how the team members balance listening and responding, preparation and spontaneity, rationality and emotional flow, as well as personal and shared responsibility in performance.

Using a series of carefully crafted exercises, Dominic Alldis then leads an interactive discussion about how both quartet musicians and senior executives must cultivate emotional awareness, self-discipline, concentration, flexibility and stamina as they pursue consistently exceptional results.
