The South-African restaurant group Nando’s was founded in 1987 and now operates over 1000 outlets in 35 countries. In 2010 it was named “best big company to work for” by the Sunday Times. For their 2014 Partners Conference in London, they invited Dominic Alldis to speak about preparation and performance, orchestras and jazz bands, culture and authentic leadership. He was accompanied by professional musicians from the London jazz scene. The engagement was arranged by Speakers Corner.
