Preparation and Performance
The Classical Experience, is an interactive 90-minute event with a live string quartet that explores communication, listening, reliability and trust using the metaphor of music.
The session begins with the quartet playing a classical masterpiece by Mozart or Haydn. This gives the participants a unique opportunity to observe the members of a quartet listening and responding to each other, balancing technical precision and emotional flow. It is also an opportunity to observe how they prepare for a performance.
The musical examples are interspersed with a discussion about what it takes to be an effective team player, to assert oneself effectively and trust your colleagues to deliver exceptional results.
